Cummles English Enamel Trinket Box - A Present From Williamsburg
Crummles English enamel trinket box was developed for Colonial Williamsburg for Christmas.
The outside of the exterior box says "Williamsburg".
Inside the lid is the description of the English firm that produced it.
The enamel box is round in a beautiful red.
The top has a wreath and says "A Present From Williamsburg".
Inside the box it says "Let's dance and sing and make merry For Christmas comes but once a year".
It carries the Crummles enamel mark on the bottom.
The box is 1 5/8" around, 1" tall.
These boxes carry on a time honored English tradition to be displayed individually or as part of a group.
A lovely treasure.  This is a very hard to find box.
