This is a round porcelain Happy Anniversary trinket box by Mikasa.
The trinket box and lid are cream-colored with a gold-tone band around the rim of the lid and gold-tone roses with "Happy Anniversary" across the top. Around the sides, it is embossed with white roses. On the bottom, it reads "Mikasa L-5522 Happy anniversary Gold Japan - E".
The trinket box measures 2" deep including the lid and 5.5" in diameter.
It is in good pre-owned condition with no chips or cracks.
