Professionally made dress, for 20-21" Madame Alexander Cissy - NO DOLL INCLUDED

This dress was made by a very talented and dearly loved professional with much experience in dressing our dolls.  I am talking about LISA, who unfortunately is no longer with us.  Her creations are a real keepsake.  You can usually feel and see the difference in her dresses - substantial, material is perfect, and every attention given to an exact replication.  I have had this dress and carefully stored it for nearly 10 years and the material is like new.  It is thick with a crispness and I only used this dress recently on the Cissy shown in my pics.  I have several of Lisa's creations and they are simply amazing.   I love this dress but I have collected so many dresses that it is time for me to let go of some.   The dress is made  using Madame Alexander standards and this is a cotton material.
